In Italy and throughout the European Union, the employer is responsible for the safety of all machinery on their premises, regardless of the year of manufacture. Machines built before 14 September 1996 \u2014 the date on which Machinery Directive 89\/392\/EEC entered into force in Italy \u2014 do not carry CE marking and often fail to meet current safety standards. <\/p>

This creates significant legal and operational risk: in the event of an accident, liability falls directly on the company owner or the appointed safety manager. Rxconsult, through Ing. Who this service is for<\/strong><\/h3>

This service is designed for companies \u2014 Italian and foreign \u2014 that:<\/p>

  • Own machinery manufactured before 1996, without compliant technical documentation.<\/li>
  • Have received formal notices from the National Labour Inspectorate (INL) or the competent local health authority (ASL).<\/li>
  • Are purchasing or importing second-hand machinery from non-EU countries, including China.<\/li>
  • Wish to prevent legal and insurance risks associated with the use of non-compliant machines.<\/li><\/ul>

    How we work<\/strong><\/h3>

    Step 1 \u2014 Machine condition assessment<\/strong><\/p>

    Ing. Ussei carries out an on-site inspection at the client’s premises and analyses each machine subject to the intervention. A technical report is produced for each machine, documenting its current condition, non-conformities identified against the Essential Safety Requirements, and intervention priorities.<\/p>

    Step 2 \u2014 Intervention plan<\/strong><\/p>

    Based on the assessment, an intervention plan is developed that takes into account both technical and economic factors. The plan specifies the required modifications, safety devices to be installed, and a cost estimate for each machine. The client has all the information needed to make informed decisions.<\/p>

    Step 3 \u2014 Technical supervision<\/strong><\/p>

    Rxconsult selects and coordinates the specialist companies responsible for physical work on the machines. Ing. Ussei supervises the work and verifies its correct execution, ensuring that the final result is fully compliant with regulatory requirements.<\/p>

    Step 4 \u2014 Final documentation<\/strong><\/p>

    Upon completion of the work, Rxconsult delivers all documentation required by law: updated operation and maintenance manual, residual risk analysis, planned maintenance schedule, updated technical file and, where applicable, a new Declaration of Conformity.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
